Graduating roster

Once a Shinigami ascertains the four moderate to extreme comprehensions
of all four forms of combat; the instructors of each respected class will deliberate
over an individuals scores and the student will be messaged to post here in the
graduating roster.

This will be the only time an individual’s test scores will
ever be made public, over the course of their time at the Academy.

Upon submission and review the instructors will select a
squad as their choice to best suit the student. This decision will be based on
a student’s extreme comprehension of certain forms of combat. Also the student
may suggest a desired squad to be transferred into however there will be no guarantee
they will get into that particular squad. That decision is to be made with the
recruiting Captain or Vice Captain of a squad.

A students transfer will also be kept on file and out of the
public limelight only at the discretion of the student if he/she so desire it
to be made public. A message will be sent to the student claiming which squad
they will join or were they will be placed.

Upon graduation a Shinigami would have attained a Zanpakutou.
Now the Zanpakutou creation progress is entirely up to the individual except for
1 rule that must be followed from the Central 46 Chambers no two Shinigami may
share the same Zanpakutou spirit. Though a graduating student may be at the
novice level with his/her Zanpakutou upon joining the 13 court guard squads or
any other station; their skill level can be increased in all forms of Shinigami
combat through the proper channels, (i.e., training, etc).
