Division transfer request form

Those seated officials within the Division wishing to transfer may fill out the form below. Only Seated officials 10^th seat and below within the Division may request a transfer. Seated members 11^th on upward need not apply.

Once the form has been filled and a legitimate reason for leaving is presented; Captain Fudo Hisa will rely the information to the receiving Captain. Though the permission of Captain Fudo Hisa is not required to complete the transaction, what is required however is the Captain acknowledging you’re transferring.

Feel free to voice your concerns however do so in a respectful manner. Members who have not voiced their concerns before will most likely not be taken as serious as persons whom have made points beforehand.

It is advisable to take all proper actions to negotiate with other members before leaving a Division, as it is a final decision garnishing your returning to it.
